Vanna Turner and Sophia Ikwueme emerged victorious in the 12U girls Team division at the Level 5 Open: Boca Delray Level 5 Splitz at One Tennis Academy.

Their journey began in the Round of 16, where they comfortably defeated the team of Angela Xue and Lyla Senft 3-0. They advanced to the Quarterfinals, where they overcame Zoe Toledalno and Milana Babanova, maintaining their momentum. In the Semifinals, Turner and Sophia continued their dominant performance, winning 3-0 against Dasha Sowers and Sofia Gomez to secure a spot in the finals.

The final match saw them face off against Ekaterina and Maria Skhodnova. In a thrilling contest, Turner and Sophia secured the win 2-1. They clinched the doubles point with a 7-5 victory, and in singles, Sophia triumphed over Maria with a 5-4 (8-6), 4-2 performance. Meanwhile, Ekaterina def. Vanna 2-4, 4-0, 7-3, but it wasn’t enough to stop Vanna and Sophia from claiming the championship.
