Bogota, New Jersey – Jason Chan showcased an impressive performance at the Boys 18U singles tournament held at the Bogota Racquet Club , culminating in a dramatic victory. In a full 32-player draw, Chan fought through five matches to clinch the title.

He began with a strong win against Billy Hall, 7-5, 6-1, followed by a decisive 6-1, 6-2 victory over Gabriel Gresh in the Round of 16. The quarterfinals saw him defeat Henry Goings-Perrot, and in a nail-biting semifinal, Chan rallied from 0-4 down in the second set to edge out Matias Acosta Stuehmke, winning 6-4, 7-5.

The finals were intense, as Chan lost the first set 6-2 after enduring five deuce games. However, he bounced back to win the second set 6-4. In a thrilling tiebreaker, Chan initially led 6-3, but his opponent fought back to tie at 6-6. Chan ultimately secured the win with a 10-7 tiebreak score, capping off a remarkable tournament.
